Should you need to return a book to Coaldrakes our policy is as follows:
You may return a book:
- If the book is misbound or faulty in any way.
- If the book you received was different to the one you ordered.
- It is within two weeks of your purchase.
To return your book please contact us using our online inquiry form, including your order number and reason for return, and we will arrange for its return and a refund or exchange on your purchase.
